Curriculum The Bachelor of Arts with a major in History is designed to be flexible enough to provide the student with a background adequate for graduate studies in History, for a future in education or in preparation for such professions as business, law, medicine, the ministry, advertising, communications, and technical writing. A student seeking the bachelor’s degree in History must earn a grade of “C” or better in all required courses at the 300 level and above in order for those courses to count toward their major program.
