Insufficient flow leads to blood collecting in the veins, causing swelling and pressure throughout the abdomen and pelvis. There are several ways for our medical staff to test you for PCS. First, we will outline your symptoms and offer general insight into the problem. Next, we visualize your abdomen and pelvis by using one of three methods. These methods include a
