These terms will be effective whenever you request the publication of advertisements or services within any media owned by USA Kayak Fishing Magazine, Inc. (Tax ID: 000), henceforth referred to as “Magazine Name.” “Publications” denotes any media disseminated by Magazine Name or its affiliates. These conditions are inapplicable to scenarios where Magazine Name functions as an intermediary seller. Should you request ads or services in circumstances where Magazine Name serves as an intermediary, by endorsing Magazine Name’s Booking Order Approval, you consent to the terms and conditions of the external party.

How Do I Place Advertising?

To place ads or request services in any media owned by Magazine Name, engage directly with us or with agents sanctioned by Magazine Name. Upon approval of your

request, Magazine Name will issue a Booking Order Approval outlining the specific terms relevant to your ad’s publication, which necessitates your concurrence..

What Right Does USA Kayak Fishing Magazine Hold?

PMagazine Name reserves the right to decline advertisements for any reason and may remove ads or entire publications from distribution at its discretion. Submitted advertising content must meet the booking deadline and is subject to editorial review to ensure adherence to “body image” and sexual content guidelines. This review period allows for necessary adjustments to comply with industry norms. While Magazine Name strives to allocate bonus space in the agreed magazine issue, it may transfer this space to a subsequent issue if needed. For ads mimicking editorial content, Magazine Name may label the piece as “advertisement.”

Specification and Deadlines

You are required to provide the materials needed for your advertisement (Materials) to Magazine Name by the designated deadline. Failure to do so may result in the inability to publish your ad, for which Magazine Name bears no liability, yet you remain obligated to pay the quoted price in the Booking Order Approval. Materials must conform to the specifications for the intended Publication. Should the Materials not meet these criteria, Magazine Name is authorized to have a third party adjust the Materials to meet Magazine Name’s requirements. You must, within 14 days,
