CHAIN LINK PRODUCTS
We sell and install chain link fencing. There are two main types:
1. RESIDENTIAL:
Constructed of Lightweight material and is relatively inexpensive. Mainly used in residential yard installations.
2. COMMERCIAL:
Fence can be lightweight or heavyweight or any combination. This type is suitable for inserting aluminum, plastic or wood as a landscape barrier.
There are available many types and color of coatings available including the more traditional Galvanized and Plastic.
Gates come in two main operating styles:
SWING AND SLIDE OR ROLL
And either of the gate styles can be fitted with electric or mechanical devices to open and close.
ELECTRIC SLIDE - Heavy Duty, Positive Chain Drive, Electronic Controls with Timer, Safety
ELECTRIC SWING - Residential & Commercial Heavy Duty Planetary Drive, Electronic Controls, Solar Powered
Chain Link Fencing provides an excellent landscape barrier. The fence will identify the locations of your property lines and at the same time can provide a screen or obstruction to unwanted sights and sounds. Inserting aluminum slats in the weave of chain link can quickly obscure unsightly views.
WOOD FENCING PRODUCTS
Wood fencing can be constructed of many different woods and in many styles and types:
Pre-Assembled Panels-
Cypress or Pressure Treated pre-assembled panel normally 6 feet high by 8 feet long.
Typical types:
Stockade
Shadow Box
Board on Board
Picket
Basket Weave
Lattice - pre-assembled panels of 4 foot by 8 foot. Offers privacy at a low price.
Build In-Place- is a construction method available for building on site many of the types sold as pre-assembled. Normally labor costs are more when the in-place method is used.
Rail Fencing- is a popular border definition fence style and landscape decoration. Rail Fencing as sold in the past was untreated native cypress, now the longer lasting pressure treated woods are used.
Board Fencing or Horse Fencing- is more functional than rail fencing and at the same time highly decorative, many material types are used in board fencing. One popular type today is a "PVC" plastic material. The plastic products are similar to house siding and have a long life.
Gates and Gate Hardware- Please ask our salesperson about the variety of gates available for the different styles and about the hardware needed. Also, be sure your lawn mowing equipment passes through the gate opening size you choose.
TYPICAL WOOD GATE SIZES
Walk Gates (1 piece) 42 inch to 60 inch
Driveway Gates (2 pieces) 8 foot to 10 foot
Larger sizes are possible but not recommended in wood fencing applications due to the weight of the material.

UNDERGROUND OBSTRUCTIONS
We make every attempt to discover the location of underground obstructions.
Our primary source of information is, of course, you the property owner. We will have you show us what is located where and also give us a written description and location of underground obstructions; a hand drawn map is very helpful. We also call the state-sponsored organization,
"CALL SUNSHINE" at 1-800-432-4770,
this coordinates most underground utility locators who use flags and paint. Those underground obstructions not marked by the guide marker flags and marking paint are still the responsibility of the property owner.
