Architecture Under the direction of Manuel Scholl and in collaboration with the well-known architecture firm agps architecture, domiciled in Zurich and Los Angeles (CA), we realised this multi-family house with up to 6 apartments. It fulfils the high standards of connoisseurs of architecture, also in terms of sustainability. Even when designing the generous garage, we attached great importance on the fact that no installations or housing technology is visible. Your future home is unique thanks to the intelligent and sophisticated architectural style, the optional interior finish and the attractive location.

Penthouse On the top floor, the two penthouse apartments can be combined into one large penthouse. Without much effort, it can easily be converted back into two apartments later on, if needed. The floor plan is pre-installed for two apartments and is retained. The inner partition walls are mostly constructed to be non-bearing, which makes it possible to freely design the room layout, including the positioning of the kitchen and the plumbing units. The materials inside may be chosen freely and can be customised to your personal taste. Experienced interior designer would be pleased to assist you.

Location Zollikon offers one of Switzerland’s most attractive tax levels, with a tax rate of 82% (most municipalities have a tax rate of over 100%; the neighbouring Zurich, for instance, has a tax rate of 119%.
