As she witnessed the growth ar d changes of her first recruited class, she witnesst d growth and changes in the program itself. On. Sept. 22, WILL had their first-ever over· night retreat. The women spent the night liste 1· ing to speakers, learning about themselves ar. d becoming closer as a group. The weekend of Feb. 2-4 was Mothe r· /Daughter Weekend. Many of the mothers '1£ the members came to campus to enjoy a weekend of growing closer to their daughters as tht y learned to relate to them as women. The organization met the first Sunday of e v· ery month under the leadership of President Pam Johnson. They hosted various speakers c n campus and had professional women come to d e Deanery for "Fireside Chats."
