MEA attestation is done for personal, educational and commercial documents. There are two types of attestation. They are Normal attestation and MEA Apostille attestation. MEA Apostille attestation is done for travelling to Hague member countries. Any Apostille documents taken for travelling to a Hague member country is acceptable in all other Hague convention member countries. Normal attestation is done for non-Hague member countries.
