FIRST EVER BALLOON FLIGHT!

MUST DO IN MARRAKECH

What an amazing start to my day - picked up by Abdullah our “Guide” who was smiling even at 5.20am! At the “site” we had tea / coffee, blankets for those who were a bit chilly and watched as the balloons were quickly inflated. Caroline was our Excellent French Pilot - we were soon up to 1000ft watching the sunrise - a truly unforgettable experience. Too soon it was time to return to earth - a Perfect landing - a short drive back to the camp for a Wonderful Moroccan Breakfast!

It was my first experience traveling in a hot-air ballon.

Thankyou again Caroline for piloting us, Thankyou Abdullah for all the photos and looking after us on the ground with the rest of the team. A truly Amazing morning and worth every penny / dh.
