How did you get started in business arena you are in? After graduating from Wichita State University with my degree in electronic media, I had a deep passion for video and film making, bringing vision to one?s project gives you clarity to create and innovate! I loved learning about video so much I am currently working on my Master ?s degree in order to better serve my customers and company!

How long have you been in the business? I have been in business for a year now! My company name is Chase Me If You Can Productions.

What is your vision for the future of your business or profession? I plan to start this business full time after graduate school! I already have clients that are satisfied with what I?ve done. I just want to grow with my clients so they know the value that Chase Me If You Can is geared towards! One day I plan to bring everyone?s vision to life with my company!

Give us a little background history and personal profile outline.

My name is Chase Dempsey! I am son to Billy and Millicent Dempsey! I went to grade school and elementary school at Holy Savior Catholic Academy. I loved the culture and what they represented. In high school I attend Kapaun Mt. Carmel, one of the few catholic high schools in Wichita. I had a passion for making YouTube videos but did not have the guidance to do so. I participated in the 2010 Beautillion scholarship program. It was a program for high school seniors to raise money for college expenses while gaining new networks with people. I finished 3rd and decided to use that money for classes at Butler Community College. Obtained my associates degree in fine arts and decided to transfer to Wichita State University. Here I started to work with video and editing software. Doing what I loved and meeting new people along the way. I graduated from WSU in December 2018 and right before that in November I started my video and photo business. I named it Chase Me If You Can Prod. I got the idea from an old Leonardo Dicaprio movie title ?Catch me if you can?. My passion grew with each project I complete. I learn a new aspect of the business and how to adapt to my environment. I am currently in my first semester of grad school at WSU. I also teach Public Speaking if you would like some tips! My goal now is to connect with as many Chasers (that is what I call my clients) as possible! I am honored to be apart of such a diverse magazine!

James Ch ambers Advancing Leader ship Thr ough Teamwor k My name is James Chambers and I am a father, husband, business owner, valued friend, thinker, satisfaction seeker, avid reader, and most of importantly a lifelong learner. I graduated from Langston Unisersity in 2006 with a degree in Financial Economics and arrived in the great city of Wichita after college to become an Investment Analyst at the then AgBank or CoBank as it is know now.

I worked at AgBank/CoBank for 9 years and during that time I found out many things about myself and whar I believed to be the definition of success. I was the guy that did what eveybody said would get you to success. I studied hard (seriously hard for a person in his early 20's), I wasn't afraid ro invest in myself with hope of moving myself into a better position, and I did this with the intention of getting the average salary that I saw posted on the internet. I started dressing business casual my last two years of college with no regrets because I just knew it was going to be beneficial for my success (also thanks to Langston Business School new policy). When graduation came in 2006 I was prepared. I got the big job with an average salary. I was in a new city doing exactly what I prepared to do, I was getting the money I thought I was supposed to make and I was only two years in-feeling more unfulfilled than I ever have felt in my entire life. I was that little black boy that came from that single parent home. Poverty was around me my whole life and my Mom never really made much more than minimum wage. We barely made it my entire life and I'm sitting in Wichita, Kansas in my apartment living a whole month off of one weeks work. I would go to work and feel an extreme feeling of emptiness. I didn't know where the hole was but it was making a loud noise. Kind of like blowing across the top of an empty two liter soda bottle.

First I thought the job was too easy so I went for a harder position and got it, then nothing.

Got a promotion from the new position and got it, then nothing. That noise would follow me for two more years until I couldn't te it anymore. I had to do something to find and fill the hole. This is when I really started moving towards the realm of entrepreneurship. I have tried many businesses and one thing is for certain - I know how to loose. I actually learned it from my mother. She is the best looser I know. I didn't realize this was a valuable skill until I was an adult. To clarify, my Mom is a risk taker. She will go all into a business without the slightest thought of failure. If it works she wins until she can no longer win. If she loses then she just loses and moves on to the next idea - quickly. Her recovery time feels like four hours in real time. I have never seen my Mom depressed from a business failure. Thank you Mom for my inherited GUTS. Guts and discontent got me out of the coroate cycle of living for the weekend.

To maintain proper posture, you need to have adequate muscle flexibility and strength, normal joint motion in the spine and other body regions, as well as efficient postural muscles that are balanced on both sides of the spine. In addition, you must recognize your postural habits at home and in the workplace and work to correct them, if necessary. Here are some recommendations and considerations to improve your postural awareness.

How do I sit properly? · Keep your feet on the floor or on a footrest, if they don't reach the floor. · Don't cross your legs. Your ankles should be in front of your knees. · Keep a small gap between the back of your knees and the front of your seat. · Your knees should be at or below the level of your hips. · Adjust the backrest of your chair to support your low- and mid-back or use a back support. · Relax your shoulders and keep your forearms parallel to the ground. · Avoid sitting in the same position for long periods of time.

How do I stand properly? · Bear your weight primarily on the balls of your feet. · Keep your knees slightly bent. · Keep your feet about shoulder-width apart. · Let your arms hang naturally down the sides of the body. · Stand straight and tall with your shoulders pulled backward.

What is the proper lying position? · Find the mattress that is right for you. While a firm mattress is generally recommended, some people find that softer mattresses reduce their back pain. Your comfort is important. · Sleep with a pillow. Special pillows are available to help with postural problems resulting from a poor sleeping position. · Avoid sleeping on your stomach. · Sleeping on your side or back is more often helpful for back pain. If you sleep on your side, place a pillow between your legs. If you sleep on your back, a pillow under your knees may help. · Sleeping on your back is the best position.
