Well, we are here in our office working on the most compelling issue in our publication development and that is due to the pandemic of the Corona Vir us (Covid - 19).

The Business world has suffered massive financial loss, yet we must continue to move for ward and avail our selves for the future and the greater promises each day br ings. Although these are challenging times we must under stand life will go on just like when 9/11 happened, and the thousands of lives lost in the span of one day. Our lives continued to move for ward, and we got through it even though we will never for get, we continue to move for ward.

In this Issue you will see leader ship who has sur vived Racism, Discr imination, and so much more, and have remained tr ue to growing and moving for ward. So many times we get caught up in the moment and don't have a plan to deal with the future, and improving relationships by valuing your self and those around you.

How did you get star ted in the business ar ena you ar e in Richar d and Dalia attended WSU at the same time. Richar d began wor king as an inter pr eter in 2010 while taking full time classes. He was able to get the exper ience of being in the medical field, and as his familiar ity gr ew, he got the oppor tunity to expand to the legal field with Inter lingual Ser vices. With mor e than ten year s of exper ience in the field, Richar d and Dalia took the chance to own Inter lingual Inter pr eting Ser vices.

How long have you been in the business?

Inter lingual has been oper ating in the Wichita ar ea since 1985. Dalia and Richar d combine for mor e than 15 year s of inter pr eting exper ience and now own and oper ate the business.

They wor k with a team of inter pr eter s who have a depth of exper ience, mor e than 30 year s in total, with capabilities in mor e than 12 languages.

What is your vision for the futur e of your business or pr ofession?

When Dalia and Richar d star ted as the owner s of Inter lingual, they sought to gr ow the business, r eaching out to new potential clients. They ar e constantly looking for new and inter esting ways to spr ead the wor d about their business and incr easing their clientele.

On top of that, they want to include the Hispanic and other communities as much as possible to integr ate non-English speaking people into the br oader communities they live in.

Richar d was bor n in Per u, and moved to Bar celona, Spain at a young age, making Spanish his fir st language. He came to the United States as a teenager , following family member s that settled in Wichita. He also gr aduate fr om Wichita State with a Bachelor ?s degr ee in Psychology, wher e he and Dalia met.

Well, this word best describes Lincoln and Annie Montgomery Pastoral Leaders of Tabernacle Bible Church, in Wichita, KS. This Dynamic Force merged on July 27, 1974. Over 4 decades of Living, Loving, and Learning, along with being Parents of Jamai Sarah, Jareau, along 6 grandchildren 4 Girls, 2 boys.

Well, in the 21st Century Love, Lasting, and Enduring, along with standing the test of time most would say that this can't happen with careers,changes, etc. well, Lincoln and Annie Montgomery have remained COOL, regardless of challenges, this has been the key to their success from the Home, to the Church, and Ministry. They have created their own mastery with Love and Understanding for each other. This has created a formula that others can use to build solidified relationships.

Well, I'm quite sure many wondering why so much praise. Well we are keeping it 100, Lincoln and Annie Montgomery have accomplished what many fall short at and that is keeping Love alive while achieving success and along with a strong Family Base.

In Today's world we celebrate what we call Black Marriage, Black Love, on Facebook pages etc., These platforms are created because most couples forget how to remain COOL when challenging circumstances come their way. Fighting colds and flu There is some evidence to support the claim that elderberry can help treat colds and flu, though the available studies are small.

Asystematic review from 2010concluded that elderberries might haveantioxidantand antiviral effects, though the authors state that more research is needed.

In one study, 60 people with flu-like symptoms took 15 milliliters (ml) of elderberry syrup four times a day. Their symptoms improved 4 days before the people who took aplacebo.

In another study, 32 people with flu-like symptoms took lozenges containing 175 milligrams (mg) of elderberry extract four times a day for 2 days. After 24 hours, they reported an improvement in symptoms, such asfever,headache, muscle aches, and nasal congestion.

Adouble-blind, randomized control triallooked at whether elderberry extract could prevent people from experiencing cold-like symptoms after traveling on an airplane. People took lozenges containing 300 mg of elderberry extract and 150 mg of rice flour twice a day for 10 days before traveling.

Researchers found that the capsules did not prevent the symptoms, but people who took elderberry had less severe symptoms that lasted for a shorter time.

Elderberries contain many vitamins and nutrients that can benefit people?s health.

One cup of elderberriescontains106caloriesand 26.68 grams (g) ofcarbohydrate. A cup also contains the following vitamins and minerals: -

870 mg of vitamin A 406 mg ofpotassium 52.2 mg of vitamin C 9 mg offolate 55 mg ofcalcium 2.32 mg of iron

Elderberries are also an excellent source of fiber, containing 10.2 g of dietary fiber per cup.

This makes up a large amount of the recommended daily intake, which according toDietary Guidelines for Americansis 34 g for men and 28 g for women.
