The third quarter of 2025 was one of steady adjustment across the Northern Beaches commercial property market. While enquiry levels have eased compared to earlier in the year, the quality of prospective buyers strengthened, with more financeready purchasers actively seeking opportunities.

Importantly, owners are increasingly aligned with current market pricing. This shift has created a more balanced environment, where serious buyers and realistic sellers are meeting with greater efficiency. As a result, transactions are progressing more smoothly, and properties are achieving results that reflect true market value.

The recent drop in interest rates has further supported confidence, lowering borrowing costs and encouraging investors and owner-occupiers to reengage with the market. Despite softer enquiry numbers, those who are active are demonstrating commitment and readiness to transact.

Looking ahead to the final quarter of 2025, we expect continued momentum as interest rates stabilise further and confidence gradually returns, setting the stage for a more active start to 2026.
