ART PROJECT DATE OF SUBMISSION: 13th May, 2022 CLASS: ELEMENTARY 4 TITLE: “BE KIND” RAINBOW CRAFT MATERIALS NEEDED: 1. 14 clothes peg (wooden pegs) 2. Paint/ poster colour 3. Paint brushes 4. Cardboard or foam sheet 5. Ruler 6. Scissors 7. Pen/pencil PROCEDURE: Step 1: Cut out half of a circle from a piece of cardboard or foam sheet. First measure and then draw a 5-inch line. Cut this line and continue cutting to form half a circle. Step 2: Evenly space your clothes pegs as you clip them to the round side. Step 3: Paint your clothes pegs- two for each colour of the rainbow! Make sure to also paint the parts of the cardboard or foamsheet that are still showing. Step 4: Cut out cloud shapes from your cardboard or foamsheets. Step 5: Paint them to look like clouds! Step 6: Once dry, paint or write the word “Be” on one cloud and ‘Kind” on the other. Step 7: Once everything is dry, use your bottom clips to hold your clouds in place.
