LANGUAGE PROJECT DATE OF SUBMISSION: 1st March, 2023 CLASS: ELEMENTARY 3 TITLE: MY GRAMMAR TREE
MATERIALS NEEDED:
1. Different colours of cardboard paper 2. Gum 3. Colourful marker pen 4. Scissors
PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Draw a big tree having six (6) branches on the cardboard paper. Step 2: Cut a square shape with yellow cardboard paper. Write two (2) sentences using compound subject and paste it on the branch already labelled as “compound subject”. Step 3: Cut a pentagon shape with blue cardboard paper. Write two sentences using compound predicate and paste it at the branch you have already labelled as “compound predicate”. Step 4: Cut a circle shape with green cardboard paper. Write two (2) sentences using preposition and paste it at the tip of the branch you have already labelled as “preposition”. Step 5: Cut a rectangular shape with pink cardboard paper. Write two (2) sentences using adverbs and paste it at the tip of the branch you have already labelled as “adverbs”. Step 6: Cut a triangular shape with blue cardboard paper. Write two (2) sentences showing subject-verb agreement and paste it on the tip of the branch already labelled as “subject-verb agreement”. Step 7: Cut a circle shape with pink cardboard paper. Write two (2) sentences using conjunctions and paste it on the tip of the branch already labelled as “conjunctions”. NOTE: Writing on the cardboard papers should be done with colourful marker pen, not the normal pen. Step 8: Work should be submitted in school for evaluation.
