Define the following storage units in your own words: - Bit - Byte - Kilobyte (KB) - Megabyte (MB) - Gigabyte (GB) - Terabyte (TB) 2. Draw a table or chart to show the relationship between these storage units. Arrange them from the smallest to the largest. Part 2: Conversions 3. Convert the following: a. 256 Kilobytes to Megabytes b. 4 Gigabytes to Terabytes c. 2048 Megabytes to Gigabytes d. 16 Terabytes to Kilobytes Part 3: Real-World Application 4. Imagine you have a smartphone with 32 GB of storage. Calculate how many: a. Megabytes are in 32 GB. b. Kilobytes are in 32 GB. Part 4: Additional Questions 5. Answer the following questions: a. Why is it important to understand storage units when working with computers? b. Can you name a few things that you might store on a computer or smartphone that would take up kilobytes, megabytes, gigabytes, or terabytes of storage?
