I am writing to let you know about my wonderful experience with Dana Rigg. I live in Houston, and Ms. Rigg represented me in selling my father’s house on Lange Circle this year. When my father passed away, I knew the house needed some minor repairs before we could list, and I needed to get them done. Ms. Rigg assisted with clearing out the house and with hiring and supervising the repairs to the property. She took time to meet with the City of Dallas to help us with an issue related to the water bill. And then she started working on additional items to help us sell the house.

Ms. Rigg crafted a vision of the house to bring it to life. She selected paint colors that went with the style of the house and neighborhood. She landscaped to enhance curb appeal. And she crafted a vision for how to stage the house to maximize the sale of the house. When she and the stager were done, it was beautiful. She also made sure the photos for the listing showed all the wonderful features of the house and the unique characteristics of the property.

Ms. Rigg made the selling process as painless as possible. After we took everything we wanted out of the house, we did not have to go back to Dallas until closing. It all went smoothly. I was also very comfortable knowing that she and her team were checking on the house regularly.

I do not believe that we would have obtained the sales price we did without all of Ms. Rigg’s hard work and dedication to the project. I feel as though she treated the property as if it were her own.

Weston Pugh real estate professional with over 21 years of experience in the industry, , I have developed a keen eye for the ever-changing market trends and possess a deep understanding of the real estate market. My career in real estate began in San Antonio, where I spent five years learning the ropes before moving to Dallas, where I have spent the rest of my professional career.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership positions, including serving as a Board of Directors at MetroTex and being the TREPAC Chair in 2010 for the organization. My dedication to the industry has also been recognized, as evidenced by my partnership with Updike Pugh Real Estate Group since 2009. Since forming Updike Pugh, I am proud to say that we have been named as one of the Top Ten producers at Dave Perry-Miller every year since 2009. Since 2018, Jeff and I have hosted a weekly podcast about Dallas real estate every Wednesday at noon on Facebook and YouTube.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am also passionate about giving back to my community. I currently serve as a Board of Director for Camp Sanguinity, a non-profit organization that provides a space for children and families impacted by cancer. Jeff Updike is a seasoned real estate professional with a long-standing career in the industry. Since moving to Dallas in 1981, he has been an integral part of the city’s thriving real estate market. In 1991, Jeff obtained his real estate license and quickly rose through the ranks, obtaining his broker’s license in 1996.

Jeff’s impressive achievements in the real estate industry include serving as the President of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS in 2007 and as the President of the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) in 2003. He has also been a multi-term National Association of Realtors Director and a multi-term Texas Association of Realtors Director, further cementing your position as a leader in the field.

Outside of work, he is a devoted partner and dog owner. He shares his life with his spouse and three furry companions who bring immense joy and companionship. When he’s not busy selling real estate or spending time with his loved ones, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen as an amateur cook. He finds great satisfaction in creating delicious meals and sharing them with others.
