I’M ANGUS PRYOR AND LIKE MANY STAFF AT OUR SCHOOL OF ART AND DESIGN, I’M A PRACTISING ARTIST, CREATING AND SHOWING MY WORK. OUR STAFF AND STUDENTS ARE INCREDIBLY DYNAMIC, WORKING IN EXCITING AND STIMULATING AREAS OF THE CULTURAL SPECTRUM. During your day with us you’ll have the chance to chat with our lecturers and get to know how we work – from your first day you’ll be treated as an artist or designer. We do our utmost to help students achieve their goals.

Our first tip is to start getting your thoughts together now. We want to hear about your influences and inspirations and what makes you tick. We want to see a broad range of work in your portfolio – not just coursework, but work initiated by you as this will demonstrate your ability to think for yourself. Wow us with your passions – what are you reading?

You will have the chance to explore our campus, facilities and equipment, as well as see where you could be living, plus you will have the opportunity to find out more about the support we offer through our student services. Try to enjoy the experience and get as much out of it as you can by asking us any questions you have. Remember – you’re interviewing us too!
