KENTUCKY & SOUTHERN INDIANA* (IN-STATE)
We’re dedicated to helping you succeed, and that includes breaking down financial barriers to your education. UofL students graduate with student loan debt that is among the lowest in the state and below the national average. Our staff will work with you to identify scholarship and aid opportunities and walk you through all your options once you receive your financial aid offer. Our goal is to guide you in your financial planning to create a path for success, from admission to graduation and beyond.

On-Campus Students
Commuting Students
*Students from the Indiana counties of Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Perry, Washington and Scott pay Kentucky in-state tuition and are considered for most in-state scholarships.
**Annual cost for double room in Belknap Village North and Belknap Village South.
***On-campus meal plan costs range from $4,662-$4,838 per year.
• The hourly rate for residents is $540/credit hour.
• Rates for 100% Online Degree Programs can be found at louisville.edu/online/tuition.
• University fees are subject to approval by the Board of Trustees and the Council for Postsecondary Education and may be changed without prior notice.
ADMISSIONS SCHOLARSHIPS

• All awards listed are renewable.
• Competitive and mentored scholarships: Dec. 1 deadline. Additional application and materials required.
• All other admissions scholarships: No deadline; awarded through May 1. No scholarship application required.
• Students who meet the minimum criteria will be notified of their award or eligibility following admission to UofL.
• Students who have participated in Advanced Placement, Cambridge, International Baccalaureate, and/or dual credit coursework, and who meet the weighted GPA requirement, will be considered for scholarships without qualifying test scores.
• A comprehensive academic review considers the number of previously mentioned coursework types a student

NATIONAL MERIT FINALIST/SEMIFINALIST
Students
completes in high school compared with the number of courses their school offers.
• Students are encouraged to submit test scores. Test scores are only considered when they advantage the student.
• Students attending school on an F1 visa are not eligible for admissions scholarships. International scholarships are available. uofl.me/international_scholarship
• All scholarships are open to all eligible students regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or age.
• Admissions scholarships cannot be stacked with other admissions scholarships. Students will receive the highest scholarship amount they qualify for.
COMPETITIVE & MENTORED SCHOLARSHIPS
All competitive and mentored scholarships require a student-involvement resume. Other requirements can include essays, letters of recommendation or interviews. All awards are competitive and not guaranteed.
