Bridging the gap between landscapers and designers, From The Seed relies on lean but accurate planning to realize bespoke garden transformations. I create hydrologically-informed irrigation and drainage designs, install hard and softscapes, and perform maintenance on existing gardens. shop monitor
Skilled student shop monitors are essential to the Sam Fox School. I led peer workshops which taught skills and safety practices across wood and metal shops. I worked with technicians to develop asset management systems, purchase tools, optimize valuable shop space, and complete transition to new buildings. Saint Louis Affordable Student Housing (SLASH)

SLASH was incorporated to grow and manage a network for student cohousing in Saint Louis in response to university divestment from WashU student housing cooperatives. I played a key role in the transition to and conversion of apartments to provide social housing and programming for >28 students. 2018

I explored tube and digital signal electronics. Practiced audio engineering, equipment preservation, and guitar. Repaired a unique Optigan organ later recorded on Sylvan Esso’s single “Funeral Singers.”
