University of Salford 2022 Undergraduate Study Guide

As part of my degree I was lucky enough to get a placement at BBC 5 Live.

I was in charge of what went out on air, so I was pitching story ideas, writing up the briefs and booking guests. I think I made a really good impression because they have asked me to come back as a Freelance Producer.

The work experience the University provide is really valuable because at the end of the day it’s what gets you jobs. If someone could wave a magic wand and I could go back in time knowing what I know now I would still pick the University of Salford, because what it has equipped me with is just incomparable.
