This innovative course is an integrated Master’s, allowing you to progress seamlessly from your undergraduate degree to Master’s level in just four years. As people are the most important resource in an organisation, it is essential to recruit, retain and motivate the best staff for a business to be successful. On the integrated Master’s Human Resource Management (MHRM) course you’ll have the opportunity to develop a sound knowledge and understanding of HR practices.

The curriculum also allows you the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge at Master’s level to meet the requirements of a professional level of membership with the Chartered Institute of

Personnel and Development (CIPD). Successful completion of the final Master’s year will entitle you to register with the institute to use the designatory letters Assoc CIPD, which signifies your professional membership of the CIPD.
