PSYCHOLOGY '20
Clinical Psychologist at Lagasca Treatment Center and Dr. Carlos Chiclana’s practice
“The University played a fundamental role in my personal development, since it provided me with a nurturing environment where I could study, learn and work in a fun way. It offered me an academic grounding that went beyond psychology and allowed me to explore my other areas of interest. The campus became my home; a place I could always return to. What’s more, the bonds I formed during that period have lasted and I now enjoy constant support from people I can always rely on, even if I don’t work with them directly”.
Ángela Chaverri
DOUBLE DEGREE IN EDUCATION AND PRIMARY TEACHING '19
Special Education Teacher, Colegio Cambrils, Fundación Arenales
“I started working in human resources at a recruitment agency, but I always dreamed of working in special education, as I did during my university internship. The human education and contact with my teachers and classmates during my time at the University always made me feel at home. And, to this day, they continue to support me as I focus on my professional development and career”.
PRIMARY TEACHING/ SPECIALIZATION IN DEALING WITH DIVERSITY AND DECA DIPLOMA '23
Head of Department, Colegio Entrepinos
“At the University, I learned the importance of focusing not only on academic aspects but also on personal aspects through extracurricular activities that enriched my educational experience. This gave me the confidence to move to a different place to learn and practice my profession. I’m glad I took that step, because it led me to where I am today”.
