GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT COMPREHENSIVE EXPERIENCE MENTORING EDUCATION
At the University of Navarra, you’ll be able to expand your humanistic training, spirit of solidarity and critical thinking thanks to the core curriculum, the set of cross-cutting subjects included in all degree programs.
Core curriculum subjects focus on the big questions of human existence and also provide an intellectual framework to help students integrate the specialized knowledge they acquire.
Last year, more than 4,000 international students were enrolled at the University, which has agreements with 450 institutions in 55 countries.
However, our international dimension is not just a figure; it is an attitude that positions the University within a global environment that encompasses everyone.
The University of Navarra offers a unique combination of academic excellence, proximity to professors, hands-on learning and human education. A campus environment is the perfect place to acquire a comprehensive education.
University mentoring is one of the key pillars underpinning the University of Navarra’s educational project and is designed to improve the development of students’ transversal skills and comprehensive training.

SPAIN’S LEADING SCHOOL OF SCIENCES
According to the QS Graduate Employability Ranking, the School of Sciences is the best in Spain.
The School of Sciences has four centers dedicated to research: The Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), the Integrated Laboratory for Environmental Quality (LICA), the Center for Research in Applied Pharmacobiology (CIFA), and the University of Navarra Cancer Center (CCUN).
RESEARCH CAREER
A total of 93.2% of our graduates find work or start their research career within a year of finishing their degree.
INTERNSHIPS AND EMPLOYMENT
The University offers its students and alumni an Internship and Employment Service to support them in their professional orientation.
Nearly 50% of the credits in undergraduate degree programs correspond to work carried out by students in laboratories, seminars and fieldwork.
In this way, students are encouraged to take an interest in learning about life and increasing their observation, analysis, synthesis and teamwork skills.
A school focused on its students: your success is our raison d’être
Students in the different undergraduate and postgraduate degrees taught at the School of Sciences have a wide range of job opportunities once they finish their studies.
In addition, the School itself promotes contact with the companies and public administrations that hire these professionals with view to boosting students’ employment prospects. More than 200 internships are managed every year in companies and research centers. In addition, more than 1,300 companies hire talent at the University every year.
The School of Sciences is part of a multicultural campus. Students can take several subjects in English and partnership agreements with other international universities allow students to carry out periods of study and research abroad.
PROFESSIONALS
More than 200 professionals teach classes in the School of Sciences.
As part of their teaching work, professors dedicate a fixed period of time each week to providing mentoring and guidance to students who are interested in these services. There is one teaching staff member for every six students, which makes it possible for the School of Sciences to offer this personalized service.
The upcoming BIOME Center, a space for future generations, will have a huge impact on the School in three areas: dissemination (museum), teaching (new
classrooms) and research (new laboratories). Biodiversity and the environment will always form the central core of its activity.
Studying Biology on our university campus and specializing in Experimental and Health Sciences will provide you with the competences and skills needed to satisfy your curiosity in the realm of life, ecosystems and health, among many other aspects.
You'll receive practical instruction and all knowledge required to become a scientist and you'll be able to specialize in multiple areas.
