Sponsorship opportunities for Women United help support the advocacy and networking events that occur throughout the year that focus on education and collaboration such as:

Spring Event | Evening Cocktail Social

A fun evening event that invites women to participate in engaging conversations on pressing social issues within our community, while helping to shape solutions. Past topics have included Period Poverty and the Living Wage.

Fall Event | Breakfast Networking

An opportunity for women supporters to meet, converse and share ideas, hopes and opportunities in a safe and welcoming environment, with the intention of learning and unlearning to inspire change.

As a sponsor of this event, you are directly investing in the advancement and empowerment of women and girls in our communities.

The Next Generation Of Leaders Bringing About Change

The United Way GenNext initiative promotes an exciting way for young professionals to get involved in our community. This group encourages those in their 20s and 30s to connect with those around them while positively impacting others through meaningful volunteering and giving opportunities.

A networking/educational event focused on bringing together groups of young professionals and community leaders to discuss important social issues we all experience in the community.

GenNext After Hours | Networking Events

A set of 3 events throughout the year that create opportunities for young professionals to meet and network in a more relaxed environment, while engaging on social issues we all care about.

Annual Event Sponsorship

CAMPAIGN KICK-OFF

United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin's kick-off event assembles many supporters to raise awareness and support for the annual Campaign. The event includes informative and inspirational speeches from community partners, including the Campaign Chair, and engaging activities to bring the community together This event garners much attention from the media and can provide your company an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to the community while growing brand awareness

UNITED IN CONVERSATION

United In Conversation is an innovative, signature community conversation that brings people together to learn and unlearn in collaborative, interactive discussion. The event features diverse community voices and people with lived experience Sponsorship of this event can help demonstrate your organization's encouragement of open conversation and learning on social issues that are important to your employees and the community.

GOLF UNITED

The Golf United event takes place in June at Victoria Park East Golf Club. Sponsorship opportunities range from hole sponsorship to lunch and cocktail reception sponsorship In 2023, proceeds from Golf United supported ongoing efforts to end homelessness in our community by supporting the building of three Permanent Supportive Housing developments Sponsors received recognition through social media, d l l h h h vent.
