Singapore is a prime location for corporations and individual buyers who want to invest parts of their capital in property. It’s not strange where land is scarce and people flock to get access to one of the most liveable and well-functioning states in the world.

In comparison with Hong Kong, where prices are greatly inflated and the highest in Asia at the moment, Singapore is recovering from a downward trend. Just listen to this: During the first quarter of 2018, prices increased by more than 3%, the highest in 8 years.

On top of that, J.P. Morgan predicts that property prices will double by 2030, which equals to a year-on-year increase with 5-6%. That’s not bad for a developed nation that has less to prove compared to its neighbouring countries.

There are a number of upsides when dealing with local service providers in Singapore as well. The risk of coming across unreliable real estate agents and property developers is significantly lower compared to other countries in the region.
