There were vast majority from the BAME group having 50% of attendees being of Asian background, 40% were Black Caribbean, 6% were African and 4% were other.

Overall, attendees confirmed that they now have better understanding of what Stop Loan Sharks does and how to report any suspicious lenders that are not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. They also confirm they know signs and questions to look out for when borrowing money from lenders and what APR means in the financial term.
