AT UNION, WE BELIEVE EVERYONE SHOULD FEEL FREE TO BE THEMSELVES AND EXPRESS THEIR SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND GENDER IDENTITY.

We are firmly committed to fostering a campus environment that is welcoming for all students and employees, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and/or asexual. We make this possible through a number of initiatives and programs— everything from the student-run Union Pride Club and its annual Pride Fest to housing, courses, campus events and guest speakers.

COURSES: Introduction to LGBTQ+ Studies, a seminar in Queer Theory, and electives in Literature and Sexuality, Queer Science and Health, Queering Masculinity, and Global Perspectives on Queerness.
