The Only Way is UP! - Guernsey’s ultimate cycling challenge is on Sunday 2nd October 2022. After a highly successful inaugural event in 2021 with 140 registered riders raising over £3,300 for local good causes, it’s back for 2022. Based on the recent book Guernsey’s Cycling Climbs, cyclists can tackle our hardest and longest hills in one ride to raise money for local good causes. For 2022 there are three routes to choose from and these can be downloaded and previewed at cyclingclimbs.org.gg. New for 2022 is a more relaxed route, ideal for those new to cycling and families. The cost for taking part is £20 with 50% going to local good causes and 50% towards a well-deserved burger and pint at the finish, plus refreshments and snacks at the midpoint feed station.
