1Build a positive, supportive, respectful culture

WEEK 2 Establishing a strong culture of accountability and trust within the group will go a long way in preventing hazing and other poor behavior
educate the students
Don't call discussions "anti - hazing"; instead refer to them as team - building or team cohesion activities and make it fun, informative, and inclusive
never assume hazing is not happening
No matter how good your group appears, continually talk and ask questions about their everyday activities
4 3 share with other organizations
Talk with members of other organizations to discuss hazing-related incidents and strategies to reduce hazing.
