Niehoff Studio began collaborating with the non-profit organization, Bi-Okoto African Cultural Center, to begin developments for a renovation project. The center focuses on promoting the rich culture of African dance, music, and other arts. The organization is seeking to proliferate the arts in the region by renovating and expanding their facilities.

Primary tasks: independent business and community center research, zoning review, client communication, budget analysis, schematic program development.
