FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS UMN Morris is serious about keeping tuition within reach, and our commitment is reflected in the variety of financial aid packages and merit-based scholarship programs we offer.

Incoming freshmen are automatically considered for an Achievement Scholarship based on academic performance and may also apply for our top scholarship packages through a competitive interview process. In addition, UMN Morris offers a scholarship fund dedicated to transfer students.

If you’re one of the 96% of incoming students who receive financial aid, you’ll be paying even less than this. * Residents from North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and the province Manitoba, Canada, pay the same tuition rate as Minnesota residents through our reciprocity agreement. ** The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) is a multi-state tuition reciprocity program. Morris offers eligible students from Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, and Ohio reduced tuition. *** Non-resident, MSEP, and international students will be considered for our National Scholar Award at the time of admission to Morris.
