I actively engage in design consultations, fit-out assignments, and turnkey projects, demonstrating versatility in managing diverse aspects of the project lifecycle.
My responsibilities encompass crafting detailed design proposals and actively participating in tender submissions, studying the design development, construction ad shop drawings and approvals till IFC level. I excel in the critical processes of evaluating, negotiating, and approving quotations from contractors and subcontractors To ensure seamless on-site operations, I adeptly assign tasks and schedules to supervisors and contractors.
Effective project management involves consistent follow-ups. I liaise with consultants, furniture dealers, product representatives, vendors, as well as contractors and subcontractors. These interactions are vital to achieving overarching project objectives.
A hallmark of my professional approach is the ability to transform a project from its initial conceptualization to its final stage, showcasing my core competency.
