Important dates

Merit-based scholarships

• November 15 – Early Action

As an international freshman or transfer student at UMass Dartmouth, you’ll automatically be considered a merit scholarship based on your application.

Freshmen with a high school GPA of 2.75 or above: $10,000-$15,500 per academic year Transfers with a transfer GPA of 3.0 or above: $10,000 per academic year The merit scholarship is granted for a total of four years (eight semesters) as long as you maintain full-time status (12 day credits each semester) and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at UMassD. If you drop below full-time and/or fall below the required GPA, the scholarship is permanently forfeited.

Other scholarships

Students from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman could get government sponsorships.
