Thank you so much for joining us to celebrate the work of UMBC’s staff. It is always a joy to connect with you and to witness the care and support you give one another. We chose our event theme this year based on the strength of our community and all of the ways that we Care and Connect.

The Service Awards ceremony recognizes members of the UMBC staff celebrating service anniversaries on our campus and with the state of Maryland. We are inspired by how many staff members have chosen to make their careers at UMBC for 5 years, 20 years, and even more than 40 years! We particularly enjoy taking the time to celebrate staff who are retiring or have retired in the past year. We wish you well and thank you for your service.
