Description Optilene® Mesh Elastic is a light-weight large pore monofilament polypropylene mesh. Due to its elasticity it is able to adapt to all movements taking place. The new honeycomb like structure, with one of the largest pores available on the market, permits healing and the formation of elastic scar tissue. Optilene® Mesh Elastic is designed for incisional hernia repair and can also be used to repair inguinal hernias. Optilene® Mesh Elastic helps to maintain an excellent abdominal wall physiology resulting in a greater convenience and comfort for the patient.
