For over three decades, the Urban League Leadership Development Program (AALDP) has been at the forefront of fostering leadership among senior level professionals. This immersive civic learning initiative is designed to refine participants' professional skills through an intensive curriculum that emphasizes critical community issues and leadership lessons
AALDP has graduated close to 1,000 leaders
Participants in AALDP will:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of critical issues facing the underserved
Identify and address professional growth opportunities and challenges
Prepare for future leadership roles and success
Enhance their professional networks and community connections
This intensive 10-month program targets senior level (e.g. Director, VP, C-Suite) professionals with demonstrated personal, professional, and community leadership capabilities.
AALDP Class 32 will run from September 2025 - June 2026 The program begins with an overnight retreat and culminates with a graduation ceremony Classes typically meet on the first Friday of each month from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
This premier professional development opportunity costs $4,250 per participant Tuition includes all materials, meals, transportation and excursion costs.
