TUITION

Cost is $5,000 per participant and covers all materials, meals, and excursion costs. Scholarships and payment plans are available.

AALDP is a transformative, 10-month leadership development experience for high-achieving individuals looking to grow personally and professionally. Designed for a select group of established leaders, the program provides space for corporate, healthcare, education and nonprofit professionals to connect and engage through a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

AALDP builds a powerful network of peers committed to excellence, service, and influence. Participants leave the program ready to engage and serve both their organizations and their community in new and powerful ways.
