PROGRAM DETAILS THE CURRICULUM The AALDP curriculum features innovative program sessions that combine meaningful engagement with respected community leaders on regional issues with interactive presentations designed to strengthen and enhance leadership skills.

SESSION DAYS Orientation Camp Joy *MANDATORY OVERNIGHT SESSION Cincinnati's Cultural History Leadership Health & Wellness Power & Influence Economics The Judicial System Education Government & Advocacy Leadership Launch *Camp Joy is a mandatory overnight session. Please be sure to check the dates and if you are unable to attend this session, please consider applying another year.

TUITION Cost is $5,000 per participant and covers all materials, meals, and excursion costs.

Scholarships and payment plans are available.
