The Dhillon School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Less than six per cent of business schools worldwide are accredited by the AACSB.

The digital audio arts major is the most comprehensive degree program of its kind in Western Canada.

We offer two-year, industry-in-demand programs such as the Computer Science Post-Diploma, Business Administration PostDiplomas, and an After-Degree in Nursing.

Co-op students earn between $2,500 and $6,000 per month.

ULethbridge in Calgary

ULethbridge International College Calgary (UICC)

Located at our Calgary campus, UICC offers an alternative pathway for students who need additional academic and social support as they begin their university studies. UICC’s University Transfer Programs combine first-year ULethbridge courses with personalized support in a smaller learning environment designed to set students up for long-term success.

Students who complete the International Year One Program are guaranteed admission into the Bachelor of Business Administration program at ULethbridge, entering with 30 credits (10 courses) toward their degree. Transfer credits may also be applied to other ULethbridge programs, depending on eligibility.

English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program

The English for Academic Purposes program is an intensive English program that not only helps you to meet the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Requirement of ULethbridge, but also provides you with the skills necessary to succeed in an academic English environment. EAP is offered in person at our Lethbridge campus only. Successful completion of EAP Advanced Level leads to direct entry to ULethbridge programs.

Students applying to the Faculty of Health Sciences must also meet the Spoken English Language Proficiency (SELP) requirement. Before you register, you’ll need to show that your English skills are strong enough to support your success in the classroom. Completing the advanced level of the EAP program cannot be used to meet the SELP requirement.

Scholarships at ULethbridge are easier to access than you might think. With one application, you can be considered for most of our awards. Here are some awards and scholarship that might be available to you.

High school awards

Grade 11 Merit Award

Apply while you’re in Grade 11 and earn up to $800, based on your grades.

• Deadline: June 30

• Must apply in your Grade 11 year

Grade 12 Board of Governors Admission Scholarship

• Apply for fall admission by Dec. 15 with an average of 80% or higher, and you’ll automatically be considered for a $1,000 award.

General Awards up to $6,000

• Deadline: March 15

Transfer awards

New Transfer and Post-Diploma Awards $300 to $2,000

• For New Transfer & Post Diploma students

Scholarships

1. Once you have applied for admission into an academic program, you may apply for scholarships through your online student account. It may take a bit of effort, but you’re worth it!

2 After you have access to your student Bridge account you can apply. Go to the Bridge > Student tab > Apply for ULethbridge Scholarships, Awards and Bursaries.

3. Be sure to submit both the general and undergraduate applications and any additional opportunities that are presented to you. Applications open annually for Fall admits in early January.

Transfer Students

If you have completed courses at other post-secondary institutions, you may be eligible to receive transfer credit, which can reduce the number of required courses to complete your program. Transfer credit assessments are completed as part of the admission process when students submit their program application.

What if I don’t receive a transfer credit for a course during the admission process?

Some courses you have completed may not be in our Transfer Equivalency Database, meaning they have not been previously assessed by our team. If you would like to have these courses assessed, you must submit an official course outline or syllabus for each course you want assessed.
