“giving season.” Although holiday fundraising events and
gatherings may be cancelled or altered due to COVID-19 that should not stop us from doing good works in
our community in the spirit of kindness. There is much work to be done; consider donating to a
charity/nonprofit of your choice, taking a neighbor or loved one a meal, serving as a mentor to a child at
our local boys and girls club, volunteering on a nonprofit or community board, or something as simple as
sharing a smile.
“Love and kindness are never wasted. They always make a difference. They bless the one
who receives them, and they bless you, the giver.
