Decisions

Following submission of a proposal, submitters will be asked to give a brief Zoom presentation to the Dean’s Student Advisory Council. A mutually agreeable time will be arranged for this purpose.

Proposals will then be evaluated by the CoSW Dean’s Student Advisory Council and the Office of the Dean based on the following criteria:

• Clarity: Are the goals and plans for project implementation clear and coherent?

• Creativity: Is the proposed project innovative and original?

• Consistency: Does the proposed project allow for participation of CoSW students from all academic programs and geographic locations?

• Impact: Will the proposed project contribute to increased student belonging and improve the CoSW student experience?

Funding decisions will be communicated to all submitters within four weeks of the RFP deadline. All decisions are final; there is no appeal process.
