The Headwaters Coalition is hosting two Volunteer Work Days in the Headwaters Sanctuary on Friday, September 30 from 2:00 to 5:00 and on Saturday, October 1 from 9:00 to 12:00. We’ll meet at the main trailhead behind the baseball fields on both work days.& Come prepared for work in the woods: long pants and close toed shoes.& Headwaters volunteers are eligible for o# campus community service hours. Plus, getting involved in the Headwaters project is a great way to expand your horizons and get to know more intimately this place we call “home” here at Incarnate Word. Need more information? The three student organizations receiving the most votes will receive a cash prize.&

University of the Incarnate Word Center for Veterans Affairs

A veterans' benefits information session will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13th at the Dr. Burton E. Grossman International Conference Center (ICC) auditorium, located at the corner of Hwy. 281 N and E. Hildebrand Ave. Map Each semester, UIW offers free informational sessions for prospective student veterans and their families to answer questions about attending UIW, and using VA educational benefits.
