Upcycled Bottle Brick Building Workshop Spend a day at the La Kahea Research Station learning the process of building with upcycled glass bottle bricks and adobe. Join a six-month, 10-module program to gain knowledge and hands-practice through instruction and on-farm mentoring demonstrations for beginning farmers to operate a farm using regenerative agricultural practices.

Golf I: Introduction to Golf Get out and play golf on Maui! Designed for beginning golf enthusiasts with modest experience, this class meets four consecutive Saturday mornings at the Waiehu Golf Course driving range and introduces participants to the fundamentals of golf including: putting, grip, posture, and swing mechanics on the golf range. You will gain insight into the history, etiquette, equipment and rules of this growing year-round sport. Golf I is basic instruction primarily focusing on the proper swing, tempo, and alignment with chipping and putting tips.
