Instructor John Van Plantinga

personalizes his Customer Service Training classes and utilizes a special acronym to convey his training to industry professionals. S.E.R.V.I.C.E. is the thoughtful and intentional manner in which we can extend the best possible customer service to guests in any business. This training teaches others to make both our “internal and our external” customers feel valuable and utilizes non-verbal clues to create a lasting personal connection with others.
