With construction underway on our Hilton University of Houston’s new guest tower, “A New Era of Hospitality” has begun at Hilton College. This Dean’s Report details construction updates as well as some of the events, generosities and people who have helped the College remain at the forefront of hospitality education, despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic. From the Hilton Foundation’s $10 million legacy gift and outfitting our classrooms with the latest in technology, to establishing an exclusive partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and the addition of talented new faculty and staff, there have been more than a few silver linings that have been cause for celebration during an academic year quite like no other.
