GLOBAL GUIDE

Together, UH prepares every graduate to be a global citizen

A Message From Our Executive Director

Educate Engage Lead
47,000 ways to go global at UH
We work to prepare all UH students to thrive in today’s interconnected world. We are proud to support the efforts of students, faculty, staff, and partners everywhere so that together, we empower Coogs to engage with the world and contribute their amazing skills and energy to solving today’s global challenges.
At UH’s Institute for Global Engagement, we understand that given the wonderful diversity of our students, our university, our city, and our world, there are as many ways to be globally engaged as there are students! Whether it is through Learning Abroad opportunities, global content in curriculum and academic programs, engagement with global and diverse communities in Houston and abroad, participation in globally-focussed programs on campus or across the city, we are committed to finding ways to support our students’ global curiosity and ambitions. Together, we all strive to ensure that UH prepares every graduate to be a global citizen.
