This project in Lagos was born from a client's desire for a contemporary, luxurious home that resonated with its urban setting. Navigating the city's complex zoning bylaws, we developed a design that prioritizes both privacy and a sense of openness. A key feature is the custom-designed facade, utilizing fabricated metal frames to create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, while adding a distinct architectural character. This residence embodies a refined approach to modern living, tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of the discerning homeowner.

Project 02: Megamound Residential Complex (Victoria Island, 2016)
Role: Lead Architect
Impact: Resolved site constraints with a functional, modern design that balanced visual texture and livability.

This proposed residential design for Megamound Investment Limited located along Lasode Crescent in Oniru, Victoria Island, addresses the unique challenges of an irregular site with a thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing architectural solution. The design balances a modern aesthetic with functional living spaces incorporating a mix of brick and concrete materials to create visual interest and textural depth. Large windows maximize natural light and offer expansive views, enhancing the living experience in this vibrant urban setting.
