FUN LEARNING Every year, Roskilde Business College sends students on exchange programs abroad. In cooperation with several other business colleges from all over Denmark, they have an agreement with Service & Co. regarding guide training. Among other things, the agreement concerns the profes sional contents, and the objectives for part of the lessons at the guide school are subject to the present regulations for the business school’s single courses. At the guide school, tuition does not resemble that of an ordinary Danish class room, but the professional level and standards are equally high. Fun learning is paramount to us!

So much more than guide training At first, it scared me that Service & Co. wanted to keep the element of surprise, as I usually prefer to be in control. The guide training takes place in the 4-star hotel Aqua Promenade in Pineda de Mar, a well-established holiday area on the Spanish Costa Brava. The town is known for its gorgeous beach, nice cafĂŠs and local restaurants. Just 60 km. to the south is Barcelona, which we will visit during your stay.

Five weeks in Paradise! Normally, I tend to not listen in school, but Service & Co. managed to catch my attention to a degree that I, despite illness resulting in two-three hours of sleep due to a bad cough, still met for class every single day.
