          Trade Account setup
          Our Area Sales Managers (ASM) cover every part of the UK and Ireland and will be happy to meet with you. Call our Business Development Unit and they will secure an appointment with the ASM for your area.

          You will receive an introductory pack in the post to include our latest Kitchen Stori brochure. Your nearest Uform ASM will be in contact to provide you with further information on our products and services.
          Our Finance Team will process your request for a Uform Trade Account and our ASM will then be in contact.
          Customer Service
          Once your account has been set up, your newly appointed Business Development Executive will be responsible for helping you with any initial queries you may have as a new customer.
          Once everything is set up and running smoothly you will be assigned a dedicated Key Account Manager who will work closely to support you and your ASM.
          Your ASM will provide ongoing support to you through regular site visits, the provision of product information and discounts and your Key Account Manager will happily assist with orders and everyday queries.
          Discounts
          Competitive discounts are available for bulk/contract orders and are only offered to our manufacturers and retailers.
          Uform expects relevant forecasts of usage for bulk/contract orders. Consideration should be taken that extended lead times may apply where upon you will be advised by our Key Account Managers.
          Extra stock can be held specifically for you if you can provide projections.
          Excellent door sample and display rates are also available.
          Marketing support
          Uform customers benefit from our comprehensive independent retailer programme which works with you to grow, support and promote your business.
          A range of premium marketing materials are available to Uform customers. These can be Kitchen Stori branded or bespoke, depending on your business requirements.
          Uform invests heavily in creating high impact CGI imagery which can be downloaded for use on your website, brochures and social media platforms.
