The internship period has been very beneficial, several different tasks have been gone through, have been completed and have been understood and will be taken into use in future work situations. The experience together with the knowledge gathered, has made me more knowledgeable and more ready to go into the workforce after graduation. I have learned a lot about project development, project management, interaction between co-workers, new things about everyday software and proper work management.
I have grown to like the responsibility of being in the project management team. I have witnessed how my supervisor discussing problems with the clients and contractors, and also how my seniors settle on-site construction matters with the sub-contractors and workers in order to make sure everything is done on time.
