TALKING about women in local government, UCLG ASPAC was eager for the opportunity to ask Aisa Kacyira, the Deputy Executive Director and Assistant Secretary-­‐ General of UN-­‐Habitat regarding her opinion on women, gender equality, and what local governments need to highlight.
