THE KEITH AND MICHELLE BOOTHROYD LEADERSHIP AWARD In 2020, alumni Keith and Michelle Boothroyd created the endowed scholarship, The Keith and Michelle Boothroyd LEADership Award at The Paul Merage School of Business. This scholarship is awarded to the undergraduate student that is the President of the Leadership Experience and Developemnent for Success (LEADS) program. During the 2019-2020 academic year, Ashley Chen and Hannah Cooper were the inaugural recipients of this award. Both Ashley and Hannah graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2020. Hannah is the founder and CEO of Hannahmade Nails, and Ashley is a member of the Pathway Rotation Program at Northrop Grumman. For the 2020-2021 academic year, The Keith and Michelle Boothroyd LEADership Award was given to Mauricio Guzman, a fourth year undergraduate student with a degree in Business Adminsitration and a minor in Informatics. As the current President of LEADS, Mauricio leads a team of seven council members and 60 members in the 2020-2021 cohort. The key responsibilites of this position include: assiting all members with professional development experiences through events, networking opportunities and has the ability to gain valuable leadership skills throughout the year.
