Graduate certificate programs are short graduate-level programs that focus on a specific area of study or specialization to meet the supplemental education needs of professionals. Some certificate programs or courses may also be transferable into master’s degree programs at UCCS. Office of Research
The UCCS Office of Research dives into learning to stimulate thinking across academic fields. The office supports collaborative research initiatives on campus to enhance knowledge for students and faculty while aligning with the university’s mission to provide specialized undergraduate and graduate research opportunities.
UCCS fosters a community of research by offering research resources to students, faculty and staff. Resources include access to tools, templates, events, workshops and experts within a designated field. Additional resources are supported through contributions to the Office of Research from donors. Areas of support include the Graduate Research Academy, and the Center of Student Research, helping provide student mentorship and many others. With ever-changing and evolving disciplines, research helps to advance understanding and encourage critical and creative thought.

INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS
The International Affairs office supports international students by assisting them with cultural transitions from the day of arrival and providing information for students to better access campus resources. The office also helps students to better understand academic courses, American classroom practices, and university policies. The International Affairs office works extensively with the Admissions office to provide students with immigration and visa information.

At UCCS, we offer one of the lowest in-state tuition in all of Colorado, and we’re committed to keeping a University of Colorado degree accessible to all.
