Go to the Summon homepage http://library.hud.ac.uk/summon Log in using the button in the top right hand corner of the screen Click on the link to A-Z list of Electronic Resources Choose the letter ‘C’ Scroll down the list of databases and click on the link for Construction Information Service You should now be in Construction Information Service (CIS)
From the ‘homepage’ that appears click on ‘view product’ to begin searching this resource.
Your results will appear in a list like this.

3. Reading a document in full CIS will also highlight similar documents that other users have viewed. Click the ‘Download now’ button to retrieve a PDF version of the document (this can be saved or printed out easily).
You’ll also get information about the publication that will be useful for referencing.
